English version
Association between dorsocervical liposarcoma and HIV infection is uncommon. The ethiopatogenesis remains unclear and clinical symptoms can be various, often not very evident or absolutely absent. Preoperative diagnosis is based on modern imaging techniques. In selected cases, the ideal procedure is surgical treatment wich allows good long-term results.
A case of dorsocervical liposarcoma in HIV patient is presented.
